My experience was great - I went in without an appointment because one of my tires was leaking air. It turned out that two of my tires had nails in them - I was so glad that they checked all the tires, not just the one I reported having a problem with. They also did a basic inspection and discovered I needed brake fluid - brakes are very important! They were very friendly and kept me apprised of the progress with my car.

As a walk-in client, I did not expect to receive this type of outstanding service. The customer service rep named Jordan is an asset to the company. Mr. Jordan walked me through the process and checked my tires and suggested that I have two tires changed instead of one, as he pointed out my tires were balding and in bad condition. Without him pointing this out, I could have been on the side of the road stranded. I appreciate this type of service and could not write this review without mentioning him.
