Your service was impeccable because the day before my grandson had a flat on campus at RRHS, and Adrian sent Johnny her lead mechanic to remove the tire and have it fixed, which actually was replaced on his 2020 Ford Focus. Johnny had the tire back on within the hour. Big thanks to Adrian, for I was going to have the car towed when she suggested this. So the next day I bought 3 new tires to match, along with an oil change, a couple of tire pressure sensors, and an engine filter with Malika helping me, and I did not spell his name right... he was great too. You have my business, and I will highly recommend you to all. Adrian said she had a great team here, and boy, she was right.

He answered all of my questions, helped me understand what had been done to my vehicle, and was helpful in describing what my vehicle might need when I asked.
