I purchased 2 new tires and an alignment for my 2010 Chevy Malibu. Front desk was very professional when I dropped off the car and when I picked up my car. The only complaint I have is the tire pressures on the new as well as the existing 2 on the vehicle were over-innflated. My door sticker says 30 psi and 1 tire had 39 psi. I checked as soon as I picked up my car with dash readout and confirmed it with my digital tire gauge at home. I did not point this out when I left Mavis because I work nights and was already pressed for time. Maybe train or educate your techs to look at door stickers for correct pressures? This was disappointing to an otherwise flawless experience thus the reason for these comments. - Baiting Hollow, NY
