Had an unexpected car issue, and took the car to my local NTB in Lower Burrell, PA. Was warmly greeted by assistant Tapanga, who was genuinely concerned, and offered several solutions, and had Kris offer his opinion on the solution. They were joined by Adalyn, who was quickly sent to work, completing the job (and an additional issue they discovered, they kept me well informed) sooner than I expected. Completing the sale, while expensive, was almost pleasurable, as Tapanga reviewed all the charges and made completion easy (and even set up my appointment for inspection next week). Manager Frank should be proud of the efficiency, professionalism, and skill exuded by his staff; they are all a credit to the company. Once again, WELL DONE!!!!
