What I love most about this location is the open and honest way the employees handle the service. I never feel pressured they're trying to sell me more than I need, and I appreciate how they do a thorough job. I actually stopped going to the dealership where I bought my car because the service center was difficult and they only looked at the specific issue I presented (ex. Battery). For someone that doesn't know a lot about cars, I appreciate at Mavis when they said your car has X miles, while you're here did you want me to look at this or that? Again, no pressure, but really helpful to make the most of my visit and give my car the specific service it needs at that time beyond just the present problem.
