I purchased four new tires from Chauncey (STORE MANGER). Anyone looking for new tires needs to see this gentleman. All of these adjectives will describe my experience; he was professional, friendly, courteous, and his attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Along with the above he offered the best pricing around including Sams Club. In addition, I can now get my vehicles alignment and rotation done at the same time instead of going to two separate stores. (Sams Club does not have an alignment rack.) Chauncey assigned a young man named Zach who was the service tech/installer. He handled my vehicle like it was his own, he installed and balanced the four tires. There were no damage or scratches to the rims and the wheel weights were applied with precision and care. As long as these two gentlemen work for NTB now called Mavis, I will never shop anywhere else.
