I initially visited the Lombard store and was treated extremely bad and left in tears. The store Mgr was extremely rude and I will never visit that location again. I felt threatened & intimidated and that is when I left and went to the store in Joliet where I had done business before. Thankfully they took care of me (store Mgr) and gave the service and smile that I expected to receive. This is the only location I will do business with going forward. - Bellwood, IL
