The staff at the Batavia location on April 19th about 3:00 pm was really great, I wish I could remember their names, they gave me the best service I have ever had, they asked me if I wanted to see the muffler problem I was having and I said yes, and they told me and showed me everything, and after going to another place the day before that said I had to spend $600 on my muffler problem, Mavis guy said they can help with a lot less, my car is a Chevy 2004 Impala and it is not a good car at all, but after leaving yesterday with my car fixed and it is so quiet I in full heart will recommend anyone to Mavis Batavia. My Dad told me to go there, his name is Tom Hayes, I had my place to go before and now that didn't work out, so my Dad was right :) - Bergen, NY
