One such issue is the attempt to repeatedly sell me a 3 month oil change. The fluids, coolents and some other issues are unique to Volkswagen. With your offer of break fluid flushes and other lushes, for transmissions and so forth, costly mistakes can happen. So a simple break replacement with the wrong fluid becomes dangerous and expensive. I HAVE NOT HAD SUCH ISSUES WITH MAVIS but other quick changes not to be mentioned by name lack the expertise and the protocols to catch such errors. My background assembling cars for 15 years and doing quality assurance and repairs before leaving the assembly plant allows me to ask questions and prepare my list of necessary items before work is done.
