When I arrived I was told it was slotted for 11:00am and it was just a little after 5 at this point. The store manager who I could tell was super busy just by the number of cars was so kind. He still performed the service super quick. I usually go to Jiffy lube but will be bringing my car to maxis for all of my oil changes. The pricing is better and the service. I hope that this store manager will get some recognition because he really did go above and beyond for me. I had never been to this location either. - Bethlehem, NY
