Kier and the rest of the staff are always professional, courteous and timely. What I like most is I know I am getting a fair price because that's Kier. It's unusual to go to a garage and not feel like you are somehow getting ripped off. Kier always discusses and explains everything (labor cost, part cost, etc) beforehand. He always bestowes what the value of doing the work in His shoppe.

I was so much more than pleased with my mechanic at STS. He was very explanatory and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need as I thought I needed a lot more work than it really did he was honest and told me that it wasn't as extensive as I thought it was.

Being a business owner myself, Gary and his crew work on my fleet of trucks. There hasn't been one time I've left out of that shop unhappy. Gary is the Manager on site, and I always see him helping in the shop, it says something about a person who is in a white shirt working with his employees in a white shirt so that the customer is out in a timely fashion. The employees here are lead by example, and always go above and beyond to help me out, answer any questions, and make sure my cars and trucks are running up to par.
