This is the second time I've had to go to Mavis tire this month for work on a car. I'm sure you don't get many people who enjoy spending hundreds of dollars on their vehicle. However, the staff at Mavis tire make that a little easier to deal with. I went in to the store today to ask why my traction light was on. I was quickly shown a number of safety concerns on my vehicle. Not once did they pressure me to purchase or fix anything. In fact, they actually helped me prioritize my issues and reminded me I could use FlexShopper to help ease the burden of auto neglect (on my part). The assistant managers, Chris and Marcus, spent time showing me the problems, educating me on solutions, and presented options that were within my budget. As soon as I told them what I could afford to fix, they went right to work so I didn't have to wait long for my car to be finished. They made wonderful suggestions and were very professional. They waiting area was clean and well kept and I'm glad I found Mavis Tire to help maintain my cars. I will always come back to this location. Thank you for finding outstanding employees who care about customer service first and foremost. It can be difficult to find - and these are people to hang onto. I'll be recommending Mavis to anyone who needs work done.

Mavis did an incredible job with my car today. The staff was so friendly and informative. I was not pressured for any extra services. They helped me decide on tires and did exactly what I asked. Very reasonable price. Will be bringing my second car here for any additional breaks/tires as needed. Wonderful ten star service!
