The people that work at the facility that the tire was put on were very professional Pete the manager handled everything excellently. My problem was that the call center delivered my tire to Georgia instead of New York which caused a 3-day delay for me to have my tire put on. If it weren't for Pete the manager reaching out to other places I probably still wouldn't have a tire on my car
