I was super pleased with the service I got from the Mavis location. I spoke with 2 different managers and each seemed extremely knowledgeable, were very nice, did not pressure me into service but made the suggestions of what I needed. I googled what they said and everything was correct based on the age of my truck. It was more money than I wanted to spend but it was worth it. My truck seems to be running great, and they did discount what they could for me. My last experience at Kauffman before Mavis bought it was horrible, so I am please with the change. I will definitely return for my next tire purchase, and I will recommend to others.
