Wish I could remember the woman's name that helped us, but both her and her technician went out of their way to help us in an emergency situation day before NYE where we were traveling out of state and needed brake job done, as the pads were worn and scrapping against the rotors metal to metal. They went above and beyond, stayed past closing to help us and did an amazing job. Pricing was also very reasonable. Unlike places like Meineke where they try to push services that aren't really needed and charge an arm and leg. Thanks to the local Mavis Team, we really appreciated you helping us out in a pinch!!
