I spoken with Rich on Friday night just before closing, I explained my dilemma and he suggested having the vehicle towed in to prevent possible further damage. It was ten minutes to closing and he informed me of the dropbox that the tow truck drive could use to drop off the vehicle. Early the next morning, Tom called to ask about our car and start the ticket. Both employees were knowledgeable and courteous. We have been customers of this location for many years, Tom inquired about our other vehicles which we had extensive repairs on earlier this year. He made us feel well cared for and that our vehicles are as well. AAA+ service, We are treated as family, which is why they have had our business for years!
