This is by far my favorite store. I have been coming to the store for many years for multiple car care needs. I always feel very welcome, appreciated. New office staff and management are fantastic! Store manager, Kevin, went above and beyond helping me to understand and diagnose a problem of my vehicle. Proposed plan was reasonable and logical. Repairs were done very promptly and pricing was great. As a matter of fact, we have completed not only biaxial brake service, but we also have purchased the tires. Quality, promptness, of service, as well as eagerness to help, courtesy, and consideration were truly above and beyond expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend the store to any of my friends or family members. I will keep on coming back to the store time and again. This was my first experience with Mavis Tire & Brake Service. Cornelius did a wonderful job advising me what tires to buy for my daughter's car.
