This was my second service at this facility and in both cases the customer care person at the counter was not only pleasant to interact with and very good at keeping me informed of progress, they did not attempt to sell services/products not required. It was very refreshing to speak with people at a service center who: know what they are talking about, speak to the customer as an equal and provide the level of information that is important and makes sense (some of us are actually hands on), work on behalf of the customer and respect their money (not try to over/up sell), and take the time to interact with the customer to the point of being friendly/interested.

I went to Mavis for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon inspection of my car on the lift,Serg brought me into the garage to show me the rear brake and caliper problem Mike the mechanic had discovered. Serg explained the work that need to be done, cost, and time they needed to do the job. I waited for my car, Serg came by several times to make sure I knew the progress on the repair job. When the job was completed, Serg explained again all that had been done, he discounted several items to make the jub less expensive for me. He was professional, courteous, and confident in the completed work. I came back the next day to have the lug nuts tightened for safety, which Serg did himself. The regional training manager Dave F. was there the second day, and I told him what a fine job had been done for me.
