I came back Friday morning and Mark was able to evaluate my car. He showed me and explained to me the reason for each repair and itemized the cost of each item. At first I wasn't going to do everything, but after I thought about I did agree to all the repairs. He never tried to give me the hard sell to get me to agree to anything. The repairs were done in a timely fashion as promised. I can honestly say Mark's accommodating approach to my car needs and his honest caring personality is the reason I chose Mavis.
