I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service at Mavis. We had no appointment, but decided to take a chance and see if we could get brakes fixed. We were told to come right in and if they didn't have the parts, the warehouse was close and we could get them quickly. We had a flight to catch and no more than 2 hours to spare. The manager and staff worked hard to get us our brakes, rotators and a caliper assembled in record time. They even had two mechanics work on the car together, to try to get us taken care of. Everyone kept updating us every 15 minutes. They had us pay and check out as they were finishing up the work and as soon as the car came off the lift, we were good to go. All four employees wished us luck and safe travels. You could tell they were proud to be able to help us the way they did. It's been a long time since we've gotten such excellent care. It was so good you didn't mind paying for a lot of necessary work, because the process was so smooth and easy. Thank you and we will never go anywhere else for our cat maintenance.
