DeShawn (hope I'm spelling his name right) was amazing very helpful, very informative, kind and polite, he showed me what I needed replaced and explained why. He didn't pressure me, just presented the facts, so based on the mechanic's discovery; what they showed me, how fast he said he was able to obtain the parts, and my own knowledge of necessary maintenance; I decided to replace all of it on the spot. This is significant because in the past I would have opted for less repairs here and had a mechanic friend do the rest, but since DeShawn could get all the parts today and the price was good I opted to have it all fixed that day. Thank you guys! You're the BEST! I'll be bringing my wife's car by in the future.
