I'm very sorry that I don't remember his name, but I think it was operator 999997 that worked on my vehicle. His work and communication was above and beyond. Your facility did not have the tools necessary to do my brakes and rotors, so he had to order 2 different things, and then put an intense amount of effort to work on my car. I greatly appreciate it. And he even showed me the issues right on the vehicle and explained in great detail, which was very informative. The quality of service and products appears to be drastically different from the last shop I went to, so I will definitely recommend and continue to do business in this location. They did an amazing job.
