I called the Dunedin store at 9, told them I needed front brakes and that I had an appointment at 11 that I needed to make. I asked them if they could get it completed in time, they assured me they could. I arrived at the store at 9:15 and was on my way to my next appointment by 10:15. Outstanding! A business that did what they said. Great job. Not many companies like this exist any more.

Mike is the Best I came in found out my front brakes were totally gone rear brakes needed pads and of course a nail in my tire. I was a basket case no idea how I would pay for all of this.. I drive for Lyft couldn't afford to be without a car. Mike was not going to let me go in a unsafe vehicle. Jim drove to another location to get rear brake pads so I didn't have to be off the road long. Mike made sure everything was safe before I was back on the road. I will Always go to Mavis for any car issue. I recommend Mavis in Dunedin. Mike gave me exceptional customer service.
