I'd like to brag about the team at the Midland, GA location on 11/8 and 11/9. I had an appointment for a TPMS repair, but they found that I needed several other repairs. They kept me updated on the progress, which was slowed due to a bolt that would not come out. I was updated almost hourly about the status. It did take a long time, but I was able to work in the waiting area all day and not miss a beat. The following day I had an appointment to replace tires on my other vehicle. The tires did not arrive in time, but we were able to select another set in stock and are happy with what we received. The entire team from the guys at the desk to the techs in the bays were all very polite and accommodating. The good experiences rarely get reported so I had to take a moment to recognize them.
