Have always recommended Mavis to my friends and family. Have very reasonable prices and very good service all around.
On Sunday I heard my brakes grinding and was very worried. I went to the store that originally did my brakes and showed up 29 mins before closing. Erick took my car in and stated he can of course take a look and spent extra time past closing time to figure out the issue. I Needed pads and rotors and he explained that I should leave my car at the shop for safety and he'd take care of it first thing. He knew I had to be at work early so he made sure to get my car first thing. I got the car back earlier than promised on Monday morning. Fair price and quick and efficient service. Erick and the Smithtown team were professional and efficient and didn't try to sell me things that were not needed. I was welcomed back with a smile and definitely will refer this shop to others in the area. Thank you Erick and the Smithtown team for courtesy and respect and efficient service.
