Manager was extremely helpful and professional. I try to submit a response each time I go to Mavis in Geneva because I always have the best experience. I've gone to the Geneva Mavis for years and they've always been so helpful. Went in for an oil change and the service team found two other problems that were missed by a mechanic at another shop in town. My husband and I had felt and heard occasional problems so it made sense there was a wheel barring and ball joint problem. We travel a lot and I'm so grateful that Mavis did their job and inspected my car thoroughly. I'm so thankful for their attention detail, I feel so much safer knowing these repairs were made.
