Rich is amazing. He always goes above and beyond on our vehicle. Our car got towed to the shop last night, he ordered everything he needed and by 9 am was able to give us the price, get the parts and told us we would be good for a Saturday pick up. Little did we expect for him to call us at 5 pm and tell us it was ready. He has never tried to upsell me into something I did not need. He has always been honest with how long my car can run before I absolutely need to replace the part. I travel from Hackensack all the way to Fort Lee passing other shops near me, in order to ensure my car is in good hands aka Rich's hands. I will continue to go to Mavis in Fort Lee.
