Pricing was a marginal/not important difference between quote and time of pick up. Really not a big deal. Expensive prices for the work being done, but I recieved attentive care from the shop staff. It was an EMERGENCY situation for break work. They had my vehicle done within 24 hours of when I dropped it off. The staff kept me in the loop with communication the whole way through. Tuffy East Lansing staff deserve positive recognition from corporate management. I would refer other to this business in the future, BECAUSE of how professional the staff at this location are.
