Hi!! I just want to say that the whole team of employees at the Great Barrington Massachusetts I have never had such phenomenal service anywhere in my life and I am 55 and had plenty of experience with repair shops the team of employees there was absolutely experienced and phenomenal at fixing everything I've ever brought there for service tires etc. I want to also tell you that your manager Taylor it is absolutely positively the most professional gentlemen I've ever dealt with I love bringing my car is there for work now I know they do it more then just tires and I will go there for almost everything unless it involves motors or transmissions but I would always call first to talk to Taylor I've gone there is so much we've become friends somewhat of a friends and I know he always lead me in the right direction and be honest and upfront whether they could handle the job or not!!!!! Thank You Very Much for Taylor he is a phenomenal manager and boss to all the employees! Robert Cole is an excellent manager. I had to service my vehicle twice in a week- for a flat tire and brakes. He explained what my car needed and how it would be serviced. I observed him speaking to the technicians in a positive manner. This Mavis store was extremely efficiently run because of his managerial skills. Please pass on my appreciation for his assistance. I had such a positive customer service experience and will bring my car here in the future.
This is the second time I have been there and it's been great. My son-in-law has visited your location on one occasion was satisfied as well.
