Vince really helped me out with cost, I am extremely tight with money and he worked it out for me. Taj or Kayla, not sure if I caught her name correctly, but she was always calling me to follow up to schedule time for my multiple attempts to fix my defective breaks. She was so good with calling me and I felt like she really cared. It did take me many visits to fix my issue. Short Hills replaced my defective breaks and worked everything out for me and now they are working great. Thank you. Been a Mavis customer for over 10 years

I do not know if I am spelling the name correctly of the customer service rep right, " Jay". But she could have sold me a new car if she said that is what I needed. I originally went in to get 4 new Tires, and walked away with getting new tires, 4 new brakes (pads and rotors) but I even got an OIL CHANGE! She was like talking to an extended family member that happened to really know her stuff about cars. No question I asked did she make me feel like I was stupid, and I know I had some stupid questions! THANK YOU
