the two gentleman working the front desk on 11/3 were very helpful. i had made an appointment via the 984-600-1900 phone line on midday Sat for a 9:30a Wed morning appointment. when i arrived they had no record of my appointment which was disappointing as i had taken the morning off work just for the scheduled brake replacement. they were diligent to squeeze me in given the mixup and got me back on the road by 1p in time for my next appointment. much appreciated effort on their part! but yall need to get your customer service line handling the scheduling in order bc it could have been a very different unpleasant outcome if they had to turn me away.
