Always dealt with manager Scott for years, as well as Robert and Lamont at the front desk. They are all very professional and courteous all the time...and always create a relaxed environment, even when I've seen them getting slammed at the front desk with a large volume of customers coming in at the same time. Most important, I truly believe they are honest when they are assessing what the customer actual needs to maintain a safe, reliable vehicle, as well as making suggestions for optional services the customer may want to schedule in the future. Last but not least...is honesty. I've been prompted to get service done even when I may not have needed it at the time based on their honesty. And that's why the bays are filled most of the time I've been there, and I keep going back...those specific guys, at that specific location, are great. They take the stress out of car repairs.
