I have e been doing business with Mavis in Hackettstown since they bought STS. I have owned many businesses and vehicles and know how to get good prices on tires and also quite mechanical work. I cannot stress to you how NICE, PROFESSION, GREAT WORK and princess that they have giving me over the years. I had a small issue after a service and they told me to bring it back right away and they remedied the problem immediately! In this day and age it is VERY refreshing to know that they run their business OLD SCHOOL and do everything to develop a long term relationship with their customers. On a scales of 1-10 I give them a 12! Always a pleasure k owing the job is going to done right the first time. I HIGHLY reccomend them! P.S. I sent my brother there and he has bought four sets of tires and has had service work done on his vehicle and couldn't be hapier!

I just want to say that I have been a customer of Mavis for awhile now. I am a auto hobbyist and know a lot about cars and can fix most things by myself but I am to busy with business and to have people like your Manager Jason to work with is an absolute PLEASURE! He is EXTREMELY nice, professional and you couldn't have anyone better to be representing your company and imagine then him. I always talk with him when I need to buy tires or need service and it is never stressful and I always end up purchasing tires and service from you because the way I am treated, the price is right and your mechanics do GREAT work! I own five vehicles, my brother who I uses you owns four we have purchased a lot of tires and have done a bunch of service work with Mavis because you run your company as I raised my kids OLD SCHOOL, you give a good price, do what you say and the work is done right! I also just sent you a friend who is buying four new tires for his Audi Q5, he always asks me who he should have his car serviced by or where to buy tires. Jason told me yesterday that he called and they spoke. All I can say is keep up the GREAT work, it is very refreshing in this day and age to actually have a company understand how to treat a customer.
