Once again I was amazed at how well I was treated. I had tires put on at a previous visit and was so happy with my experience, that when I had another issue, this was the first place I thought of going. Not only are Bob and his staff professional and knowledgeable, they go above and beyond. I needed new brakes and did not have an appointment. However, not only did they fit me in that day, Bob gave me a ride home so I did not have to sit there for hours. While I was there, I witnessed how well ALL customers were treated. An elderly man can in because could figure out how to open the hood of his car. Bob immediately went to assist him. I also noticed how respectful Bob was with his staff. Even though he was busy and always said please and thank you. Bob also opens the door for everyone. It is a pleasure to go to a business that is run this way. If there is the option of a promotion, Bob more than deserves it. Or if someone is need to train managers on how things should be done, "Bob is your man".
