I have been to this location in the past (5years -ago) and the manager was not as friendly and I end up spending 3-4 hrs there. This time around I made an appt as I usually do and as soon as I walked in I was helped by the tall African American gentleman at the front desk (didn't get his name) and my car was brought right in to the bay. My appointment time was granted. I was in and out in under an hour. Exceptional service. Will make this my new home location. I usually go to the location in Lawerence and needless to say I will not return there. They are very rude and not professional at the Lawrence location. Very pleased with the service I received.
