The manager (Juan) when I was greeted was very friendly and the Assistant Manager (Miranda) explained my charges and processed the application for the Mavis Credit card was Very Helpful and knowledgeable on the rebates and the product line of all the work I had performed on my car. I was indeed very happy when I left the store, plus my car had some "New Shoes". Plus while I was waiting for my Bill, I heard Miranda explain to the other customers the Store hours and they can always call ahead if they had any questions. Now, that's what I call customer service.
