We were visiting my son at Ithaca College. We were following him to dinner when he pulled over because the brakes stopped working. There was fluid leaking all over the place. It was 4:30 on a Sunday, we are not from the area and had no idea where to bring the car. We called Mavis and they said that they could help but that they couldn't fix it that night as they were closing. I dropped off the car. I received a call at 8:30 the next morning informing me of the problem, the solution and the cost. I received a call at 3:00 letting me know that the car was ready. I paid over the phone.They called my son to pick up the car. We left Ithaca Sunday night not knowing what to expect, but these guys took care of us!
