Needed rear brakes replaced. Was headed out of town Sunday—had an appointment at a (non-Mavis) brake store on Friday. Left my car there as scheduled only to find out at end of day that they were unable to put it in service mode and had not performed the work. They gave me my car still in need of brakes back late on Friday. Drove past Fuquay Varina NC Mavis on way home and spoke with David. He was absolutely outstanding. Couldn't get me in at his store but set me up for following day (Saturday) with Pam at the NC 42 store fifteen minutes away. Work was done in excellent fashion and actually cost less than what I was quoted at original store. Really appreciate the effort by David and Pam. If they hadn't gotten me in, I would've been stuck. Great work.
