We got a flat tire on the way from the Hamptons to Philadelphia at 5:15 pm on 12/1. We had an un-inflated spare in the trunk, and the roadside service we had said it would be more than an hour for a truck to arrive to assist us. We were able to make it to the Patchogue location, where we were promptly assisted. Although the team was unable to repair or replace our tire because of its specialty type, they inflated our spare, installed it, and we were back on the road by 6 pm. We are super grateful and also very impressed; it is unusual for a business -- especially so close to closing time -- to assist in this way.
