As an Audi owner, I am used to the high level service that comes out of their dealerships. I was looking for brakes and rotors and they were just too overpriced. I casually walked into Mavis to see what their pricing would be and what their schedules look like. I was a bit uneasy because I've always gone to the dealership but the manager Chris was very helpful and reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. His level of professionalism and the level of the people working around him was amazing. He was very nice during my transaction, the value was great and the time and detail they spent on my car even better. He explained all the services they do and made me feel confident in my decision going there.
