The gentleman that helped me name is Rob , I will not forget him. My tire was smoking / burning and I showed up to Mavis right before closing time. I explained, what happen and he advised me not to drive my vehicle and to leave it at the shop; I was not happy at 1st because I live so far away. Rob, explained to me a number of things that could be going on with my vehicle and how dangerous it could be to drive it; he explained everything very clearly and informed me to call someone for a ride back home; I took his advice, but my ride couldn't arrive until after 6:00pm Rob , closed the shop at 6:00pm and he didn't leave, he sat in his car and he waited for my ride to arrive. he could have saved my life and others, by advising me not to drive my vehicle he also made sure , I was safe and waited to leave his place of business off the clock , until my ride arrived; Thank you Rob. I will never forget his kindness. He is an asset to Mavis and our communities. Be well! I can't thank him enough.
