This was my first visit to Mavis. The opportunity to impress begins with the first phone call to the location and Tim got me right in same day to evaluate my brakes. He was courteous, friendly and helpful. The diagnosis was within the realm of what I had been experiencing and although I was not happy to have to replace the rotors, his explanation made sense and I did not feel as if I was being taken; hugely important. I was abled to schedule for the work to be done quickly and at my convenience. In addition I was able to speak to Kevin both at initial appointment and the day of service who gave me further explanation and advice on caring for my vehicle going forward. These guys were able to develop a "relationship" with me that quickly which will result in me coming back for any issues that may arise, and feeling alot less afraid of getting work done I may not really need. I think they nailed it!
