Oh my God!! Anthony the service manager is amazing again with my car. I am so pleased and satisfied every time I bring my car to him at Mavis in Mount Pocono. This year alone, I had rotors and brakes installed on 2/18/22, an exhaust system on 4/28/22 and front struts today 5/20/2022. Before the brakes and rotors were installed Anthony showed me that the rotors were all worn out. In fact, Anthony literally could show me the the front brakes were cutting into the rotors. I said to him to replace the rotors and brakes right away. I trust Anthony on his decision making and he has been right all the time. Every time I have work done at Mavis, when I deal with Anthony he keeps his promises all the time. He is sincere and very helpful towards me. When I had the exhaust system installed, he showed me again how rotted away the old catalytic converter was including the extension pipe and muffler was. Michael, one of the mechanics who installed the new exhaust system as well as the front struts did an awesome job. I believe he installed the brakes and rotors as well. Michael should be recognized for the great work he has done on my car so far. With Anthony at the helm, he has always taken care of my car and has gotten me in and out at a reasonable time. Today, in fact, I was in and out in 1 and 1/2 hours thanks to Anthony and Michael. I have noticed myself that Anthony, from time to time, goes and talks to the mechanic while working on my car. That makes me feel that the job itself will get done well because Anthony is overseeing it. Anthony is an asset to Mavis and I thank Mavis for employing a very competent and important person. Thanks again, Anthony.
