Mavis of Freeport is so much better than Mavis of Bellmore. In Bellmore, no one even remembers that there is an online appointment schedule, staff argue with the customer about vehicle needs and make snide comments. Giovanni was none of those things, he took care of a new customer like I had always been there. He took care of my bill, he agreed with my comments that I already knew about my tire repair, and was consistently courteous. I know Mavis may be a big family company, but the Freeport location outshines Bellmore any day.
