I want to say what a great experience I had. The two gentlemen at the Front Desk were so thoughtful and displayed such care, concern and professionalism. This is so important, as I am an older lady and needed to feel confident with the process. They certainly went above and beyond. They are both such an asset to Mavis. One of the gentleman is Al and I can't remember the other man's name, but I would certainly ask that he be recognized as well. I really did like the look and cleanliness of the store.
