This was my 2nd visit within a week. I was in the week before for my tires and it was determined I needed new front brakes. The parts were ordered and they were waiting for me when I arrived first thing in the morning on Wed. Well, there were a number of hiccups with getting the wrong parts - to no fault of the staff but just having an unusual model car and a submodel. Dom came in on his day off to help me and resolve the situation, he even gave me a ride home when I needed to be home for a conference call. The staff was dealing with a lot with the computer system being down as well. Valerie and Dom were wonderful to me and made me feel like I was the most important customer that day. I am appreciative of this and grateful for them. I will absolutely go back to them for anything I need - because of them!

Chris at the front desk was awesome. When I dropped the car off, he was very polite and courteous. He went over everything and made sure that I didn't have any questions. When Chris called to inform me of what needed to be done to fix the car, he explained it really well. He told me the price that I should expect to pay. When I received the call to pick up my vehicle that same day. Chris was very thorough with explaining everything. The staff that worked on the car were awesome too!
