Chris did a fantastic job. We initially came in for our free tire rotation from the tires we purchased at the NTB. Once the wheels were off, Chris looked at the rear brake pads and they were 95% worn. He called us in to show us how the brake rotors were getting grooves and what the cause was. Mentioned it would only take a couple hours and feel much better knowing that the brakes are in better shape now after rotor/pad replacement. I am more knowledgeable as well. Chris did excellent job.
