Had a great experience today with this facility. Came in for tires/second opinion of work done at another shop a few weeks earlier. Was informed that the wheel bearing that was installed from the other shop was faulty and causing the continued problems. In my obvious distress Chris Colin documented what his team concluded and said to bring his assessment back to the previous shop and have them replace the faulty wheel bearing. I took his advice, went straight to the other shop who, of course, denied any problems with their part or work and concluded the problem was a bearing related to the transmission. I was also advised that they were more experienced than Mavis employees and that I now need to visit a transmission shop to get the car evaluated. In a state of meltdown at this point I called Chris back at Mavis to get some advice. His team was extremely confident it was a faulty wheel bearing and they could replace it that same day if I so chose and bring the faulty one back to the other shop to see if they will make good on it. Long story short Chris and his team helped me out in a pinch, stood by their assessment and generally got me through a completely stressful situation. This type of treatment creates a repeat clientele. Thank you Chris and your team for getting me and my grandkids back on the road safely!!
