Aris and Joe are very good with customers. They will explain in detail what is needed for your car, and will even show you on your car why its needed and explain. I'm a female who has always been treated like a dummy and taken advantage of by mechanics telling me I need things I really dont need. I met Aris at the NTB 5 minutes from home and he was wonderful. I was finally treated like a friend instead of a money pit. He has been transfered to Joliet and I finally found him again... woo hoo... I will now travel 45 minutes to take my car there. Anyone, ESPECIALLY women, needing work done on their car for a fair price, with a smile, and absolutly no lies should go there. Besides all this, the place is very clean, including the shop area where they work on the cars. Also, every employee I encountered was very nice. Next time you need work done on your car, go there, you will then have a new place that will be the only place you take your car to.
