I had a great experience at the Mavis facility in Walterboro, SC. Rick did an excellent job of taking care of me and keeping me in the loop regarding my vehicle. I initially visited for an oil change but upon inspecting my vehicle it appeared I needed my rotors replaced as they were grinded down more than I had known and I was also recommended a filter change. Although this was an unexpected expense, I did appreciate that they went ahead and applied a special ($40 off) to knock a little off my bill without having to ask. Overall, super satisfied with my experience and I'll be back ðŸ‘
